Assam Rifles Phek battalion organised an interaction with GB, VCC and village guards of Reguri village, Phek district, Nagaland on March 30 where the villagers were sensitised on prevailing security situation across IMB and welfare issues of the village.
Meanwhile, to commemorate the gallant defense of 1 Assam Regiment during the battle of Jessami, Phek battalion in a joint effort with Chieswema battalion organised a wreath laying ceremony at Jessami war memorial, Phek, on April 1. The ceremony was attended by Jessami village elders and other state organisation heads.
