Nagaland governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi has extended warm greetings to the people of Nagaland on the occasion of Eid-e-Milad, which is celebrated to commemorate the birth of Prophet Muhammad.
In his message, Prof. Mukhi said that the occasion was observed with acts of kindness rendered towards one another, specially towards the needy and poor. The governor prayed that “this auspicious occasion continue to usher us towards virtue, peace and unity.”
CM: Taking to twitter, chief minister Neiphiu Rio extended greetings on the occasion of Eid-Milad Un Nabi, the birthday of Prophet Muhammad. “I extend good wishes to all those who are celebrating. May the joyous occasion bring abundance of happiness and blessings to you and your loved ones,” Rio tweeted.
