Additional Secretary (Education), Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, Sunil Kumar Barnwal, visited Nagaland University (NU) headquarters Lumami on November 21.
The visit was marked by the presence of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Jagadish Kumar Patnaik, Registrar Dr. Abemo, finance officer and a host of deans, faculties, and officers who extended warm reception to Barnwal.
During his visit, Barnwal engaged in constructive dialogues with the deans, faculties, officers, students, and research scholars of the university, which revolved around various pertinent matters concerning the holistic development and advancement of the institution.
Emphasizing the significance of educational initiatives and holistic growth, Barnwal exhorted the teachers for exploring collaborative opportunities and strategies aimed at fostering the academic excellence of Nagaland University.
