The initial restoration works for the Tuli paper mill has begun after Mumbai-based private firm 3 A Capital Services Limited (3ACSL) took over. According to a DIPR report, the representatives from the 3ACSL, which acquired NPPCL, has been deployed to the site.
The company officials said that the company was currently at the audit phase to clear the pending liabilities of the previous employees of the mill, which they hoped would be completed by the end of the year so the restoration and revival works could begin extensively.
