Student Council, Baptist College (BC), Kohima held orientation programme for Class Representatives (CRs) of BA/B.Com for the tenure 2024-2025 on July 16, at Rivenburgs Memorial Hall, under the theme “Lead with Vision, Inspire with Action”.
A press release by the College informed that at the programme speaker, interim principal of the college, Dr Kewepfuzu Lohe, highlighted the distinction between positional and functional leaders, urging everyone to strive for the latter and also underscored importance of leaders as initiators of change by reflecting on past failures and motivating positive actions.
Convener, Student Council, BC, Seyiesilie Vüprü outlined roles and responsibilities of the CRs, while president, student council, BC, Kihitoli A Kiho, delivered the welcome address and general secretary, student council, Limatemjen Tzüdir, delivered vote of thanks.
