Department of School Education (DoSE) and Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA), in collaboration with the NagaEd, has introduced the second phase of Nagaland Disaster Management School Safety Policy (NDMSSP) Compliance Course.
Principal Director, Thavaseelan K, informed that the NDMSSP is an online mandatory training programme for all teachers of both Government and Private schools in the State to equip them with necessary knowledge and skills to ensure safe and resilient educational environment across the State.
Thavaseelan said the second phase of course was to be completed by October 31, 2025, reminding all teachers in the State to complete the School Safety Policy Compliance Course.
Teachers, who registered for Compliance Course in Phase 1 but have not completed training have been directed to complete the course by June 30, and receive certification.
While teachers, who are yet to register for Phase 2 have been asked to complete the course and receive certifications, and teachers who have already completed the course and received their certifications were requested to assist their peers in registering and completing the course.
DoSE further informed that Compliance Course will be available on the Department of School Education Website and assistance for registration and login process, or any help required in relation to the School Safety Compliance Course, the EBRC coordinator of their respective block can be contacted or at 91 9863869718.
