Zunheboto District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) held its monthly meeting on May 14 at the Deputy Commissioner’s conference hall. The session was chaired by Deputy Commissioner Dharam Raj and led by deputy speaker NLA S Toiho Yeptho, who recently took charge as DPDB chairman for the district.
At the meeting, the board approved the registration of Ahupe Foundation Society and Jordan Heights Society, allowing them to proceed with further formalities.
The proposal to name the two-lane road from Sedzü/Yeti River to Zunheboto town as Chakhesang-Sumi Brotherhood Road was thoroughly discussed and approved for further processing.
