Royal sea food, the first sea food retail outlet in the commercial hub of the state was opened on July 15.
The shop located near old fly over, opposite Hotel Tragopan Dimapur, was inaugurated by Hokivi Chishi, president, Dimapur Chamber of Commerce and Industry as chief guest.
The outlet is a joint venture of local entrepreneurs Kavili Zhimo and Temsunaro Ao, where sea food aficionados can find wide varieties of sea food.
Speaking on the occasion, Hokivi expressed his happiness on the fact that more local people, especially the youth, are setting up private enterprises and also appealed others to follow suit.
Wishing the two lady entrepreneurs success, Hokivi said the new outlet would be an example for others to follow and avail opportunities provided by the government to promote local entrepreneurs.
