A nine-member team from Crossroads International (CI), USA, reached Dimapur on June 4 for a week’s ministry and visited civil hospital, Dimapur, prayed for the sick and also conducted ministry at railway station area slums on June 5 together with neighbourhood gospel ministry.
The team as part of care and love, painted one of the public slum toilets at Burma Camp, Dimapur, slum, and also painted the Alpha Care which was a wing ministry of CI.
CI was established by Olem Jamir in Mumbai and in New Delhi six years back as well as in Dimapur Nagaland in the year of 2011 with the Motto “Reaching, Responding, Restoring” the ministry works among the youth, children (Alpha Care), and micro-development.
Its director Olem Jamir said that it was high time that one not only preaches from the pulpit but act and do something if he/she wants to see changes in the city.
The team would be visiting some schools and conduct few programmes with churches in and around Dimapur.CI visits slum areas of Dimapur
