Speaking at the function, ADC said Tsiesema was not known to the world but with different programmes and facilities provided by the government for the upliftment of rural areas, Tsiesema was slowly being recognized by the people. She thanked the urban development department for providing infrastructural development saying that the life of development was “connectivity”, which has already reached the area.
Deliberating on the role of the people, she said development would not stay forever unless people take care and maintain it, and further urged them to make sure of whatever modalities given by the government for the smooth functioning of the amenity centre are strictly followed and take care of as their own.
ADC also advised the gathering to keep the centre and its surrounding clean and to make every traveler secure and comfortable and further urged them to run this business honestly so that the centre can become a source of income for the uplift of the village in general.
