Aoyimti Youth Department (AYD) in collaboration with Aoyimti Baptist Church and Aoyimti Village Council has launched a joint venture with the motto ‘Say no to plastic’ on February 16.
The programme was officially launched at Children’s Park, Aoyimti. At the programme, Temsu Jamir, pastor, ABC and N. Meren Walling, chairman, AVC exhorted the gathering.
AYD has appealed to all citizens to cooperate in making the village plastic free zone as the venture would continue throughout the year.
