KH: Kyong Hoho (KH) while condemned the bomb blast at the private residence of Dr. N.M Kithan CMO Wokha on the night has appealed to one and all to refrain from all violent activities. Further, the KH has urged upon the law enforcement authorities to investigate and book the culprit(s) at the earliest.
KSU, KEH: Kyong Students Union (KSU) and Kyong Eloe Hoho (KEH) have condmned the explosion in the private residence of CMO Wokha on June 26. Terming the incident as “barbaric and uncivilized”, KSU and KEH have urged every right thinking person to condemn such act. The two bodies have appealed the law enforcing agencies to book the culprit and take stern action as per the law of the land.
ERSU: Englan Range Students’ Union (ERSU) has condemned the explosion on June 26 at CMO Wokha residence. The Union stated that “in case of any grievances or inconveniences, such matter should be done amicably and not violently.” ERSU has urged the law enforcing agency to investigate the matter seriously and arrest the culprit at the earliest.
MTCTA: Mount Tiyi College Teachers’ Association (MTCTA) along with the ministerial staff of the college has vehemently condemned the act of crude bomb explosion by the unidentified miscreant at the residence of the Chief Medical Office, Wokha, on June 26. MTCTA said that such act of cowardice has no place in the present civilized society and also expressed deep concern for the CMO’s wife who is the principal of Mount Tiyi College, Wokha.
VEC Chipur: Village Education Committee (VEC) and the teaching staff of both government and primary and high schools of Chipur village has mourned the demise of I. Chio, assistant teacher who passed away after a prolonged illness on June 18 at Civil Hospital Tuensang. VEC Chairman in a release said late Chio was a sincere, and dedicated man and was devoted to his service and expressed sadness on losing a good teacher like him. It further conveyed its condolence to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal rest of the departed soul.
