Personnel of 19 Assam Rifles August 13 apprehended, a NSCN (I-M) cadre for possession of arms.
The arrested person was identified as SS Sergeant Abei Kuotsu (28).
One.22 pistol with magazine, ten live rounds of .22, along with demand slips of various vehicles and work permits of NSCN (K) were seized from his possession.
According to SDPO Kohima, the arrested person was also wanted in South Police station, Kohima in connection for robbery on interstate vehicles at NH-29.
