SD Jain Higher Secondary School Dimapur had visited different industrial units in Dimapur with a purpose of providing exposure and much needed first hand experience in small scale industrial production and entrepreneurship on August 19.
Students of class eight were first taken to Akash Wood Industries at 7th mile where the students were shown different units of production of plywood goods. The next visit was to DIMUL, the one and only milk processing and packaging industry in Dimapur. The final destination was a visit to Bamboo Resource Centre at 6th Mile.
Principal, SDJHSS, Reji Abraham has expressed deep gratitude to the management and staff of the industrial units taking the initiative to explain various stages of production to the visiting team of students and teachers.
