Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Peren has informed that District Health Society Peren would be conducting multispecialty “health mela” on March 16 at New Tesen village, Tening Block Peren District.
The release has informed that multi-specialist doctors would be available for Obstetrics and Gynecology, rural surgeon, pediatrics (child specialist), medicine specialist, eye specialist and dental surgeon.
CMO has informed that one to one and focus group discussions by the IEC personnel would also be conducted among others. In view of the “World Glaucoma Week” free screening camp for glaucoma and cataract cases would be conducted, which has started from March 12 till 18.
General public of Tening block and nearby villages have been informed to avail the various health services at the mela.
