A Seva Dal Unit and Young Brigade team was launched for Peren district on March 12 from Jalukie Town by the state Congress unit.
Akavi N Zhimomi, secretary (Organization) NPCC, who spoke at the launch spoke about Gandhi’s Salt March as an example and encouraged youth to work hard though they may be less in number.
State co-cordinator, Social Media, NPCC, X Chophika Sumi, who also spoke on the occasion claimed that though Nagas do not pay Income tax, they are paying tax through different ways and Modi is misusing the tax payers’ money for his publicity. He said the Modi government had renamed most of the schemes initiated by the UPA government.
President, Young Brigade, Dimapur District, Mughabe said that while many youngsters talk against corruption on Facebook, they do not walk the talk in reality. He also highlighted the progress of Congress in Dimapur District.
