With an aim to provide government notice and memorandums, NIELIT-developed eNotice App was launched Thursday during the valedictory function of capacity building programme held at NIELIT, Kohima. DUDA Advisor N Bongkhao Konyak officially launched the App in the presence of the DUDA senior officials, NIELIT director and others. In his brief address, NIELIT director, Er. L. Lanuwabang, said that through the App, any kind of circular, office memorandums will be notified in the phone which will ease cost of publishing in newspapers and will also save time. He said the app will soon be introduced in all the departments.
