Mon district administration in association with the Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) would be distributing aid and appliances to persons with disabilities (PwDs) in need of aid and assistive devices at Mon deputy commissioner’s (DC) office on November 8 at 11 am.
These PwDs were identified based on the special assessment camps held in various blocks of Mon district between July 24 and 30 this year.
Mon DC Ajit Kumar Verma has requested all concerned to inform all the selected beneficiaries based on assessment camps under the respective blocks to attend the event with any identity card, including Aadhaar, along with disability proof. This was stated in a DIPR press release.
