Dimapur police have informed that the road stretch below flyover along Dimapur railway siding, from Blue Hill, Police Assistant Booth till exit point of flyover Y-Junction would continue to remain closed from till May 15.
In a traffic advisory, commissioner of police (CP) Dimapur Kevithuto Sophie informed that the road stretch would remain close in order to allow a proper curing period to ensure the durability and structural strength of the newly laid PQC surface.
Police informed that no vehicular traffic would be allowed to ply through the stretch of road till May 15, 2025. Police said LMVs would be allowed to ply from May 16, 2025. However, HMVs would be allowed to ply only after curing process of the concrete was fully completed.
