State finance department has informed that the Chief Minister’s Universal Life Insurance Scheme (CMLIS) portal would be temporarily unavailable from May 1-4, 2025 for scheduled system maintenance and upgrade.
According to a DIPR report, the finance department stated that the proposed maintenance was necessary to enhance the portal efficiency, security and overall service delivery to beneficiaries.
During scheduled system maintenance, the portal would be inaccessible for all services, including new registrations, adding dependents, downloading claim forms and other related functions.
Users have been advised to complete any pending tasks prior or after the downtime.
Normal operations would resume on May 5, 2025, following the completion of the maintenance work. Users could contact helpline number at 7005288156 or visit SCK Centres located at the respective District DC Offices for any urgent work.
