Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) has welcomed Vitoka Tsuqu, vice president of BJP’s 9th Kohima Town Assembly Constituency unit, and Hovili Aye, president of Mahila Morcha of the same unit, into the Congress party.
According to NPCC, the new members were received by Congress workers, including Lok Sabha MP and NPCC president, S. Supongmeren Jamir, NPCC working presidents Khriedi Theunou and Apok Jamir, as well as representatives from Kohima District Congress Committee and 9th Kohima Town Assembly Constituency Congress Committee.
NPCC expressed confidence that Tsuqu and Aye, with their grassroots experience, will contribute to the party’s mission of inclusive development and social justice in Nagaland.
